Previously, the Manage Results page only displayed student results without breaking them down into meaningful statistics. To find the class average, top performers, pass rate, or the number of students struggling academically, management had to:
- Export results into an external tool or spreadsheet
- Calculate averages and percentages manually
- Open each result individually to identify top students
- Spend minutes to hours trying to understand overall class performance
This method was time consuming and made it difficult to make quick decisions. With the new Analysis Switch, everything changes.
Once the switch is turned on, the system instantly displays:

- Highest and Lowest Score
- Pass Rate
- Total Number of Students
- Performance Distribution Chart showing how students fall across score ranges
- Top 5 Students list based on overall result
All these details appear instantly within the first five seconds of loading the page. No exporting, no manual calculations, and no guesswork.
